At Soudia Crockeries, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure quality products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.

We only accept returns for:

Damaged or defective items

Wrong product delivered

Product not matching the description

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or damaged products by customer

Products without original packaging

Products after 3 days of delivery

Items purchased under clearance sale or special offers (unless faulty)

  1. Return Process

Contact our customer support via phone or email within 3 days of receiving the product.

Share clear pictures or videos of the damaged or wrong product for verification.

After approval, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

  1. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method or via mobile banking.

  1. Delivery Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

For other reasons, the customer will bear the return delivery cost.
